You have to indicate your credit card details to complete your reservation successfully.
By giving us your credit card details you entitle us to withdraw the amount of money equal to the cost of one-day stay at our hotel for each reserved room. If you make a reservation for only one day, we withdraw from your credit card the amount equal to 50% of the cost of one-day stay for each reserved room. You can cancel your reservation and receive your money back on your account only by canceling the reservation in written form ( by fax or e-mail) and notifying the hotel beforehand but not later than 10 days prior to the check-in day and after receiving hotel’s written notice confirming good receipt of your letter.
A reserved room will be held until 10 pm on the day of arrival. The hotel is entitled to give the room to another guest after 10 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 10 pm, please inform us by email, phone call or fax in order to keep the room for you.
