You have to indicate your credit card details to complete your reservation successfully.
By giving us your credit card details you entitle us to withdraw the amount of money equal to the cost of one-day stay at our hotel for each reserved room. If you make a reservation for only one day, we withdraw from your credit card the amount equal to 50% of the cost of one-day stay for each reserved room. You can cancel your reservation and receive your money back on your account only by canceling the reservation in written form ( by fax or e-mail) and notifying the hotel beforehand but not later than 10 days prior to the check-in day and after receiving hotel’s written notice confirming good receipt of your letter.
Wenn Sie das Zimmer im Hotel „City Gate“ buchen, wird Ihr Zimmer bis 22 Uhr. verfügbar sein. Falls Sie nicht vor 22 Uhr. ankommen und das Hotel nicht informieren über die verspätete Ankunft, behält das Hotel sich das Recht vor Ihre Reservierung zu annullieren.
